Role Overview

Record Mexican Spanish audio to help improve an AI system’s ability to understand and produce spoken audio. This remote, short-term assignment is suited to clear, expressive speakers who can deliver polished recordings with consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Record provided transcripts accurately, or make limited edits that preserve the intended wording while supporting natural pacing.
• Deliver speech in a neutral-to-upbeat customer-service style, with clear enunciation and steady pacing.
• Pay close attention to punctuation, including commas and dashes, when recording.

Qualifications

• Must have been born and raised in Mexico.
• Proficient English communication skills are required.
• Professional voice-acting experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Relevant speaking or audio experience in music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar fields is welcome.
• Must have a professional home recording setup, including a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and post-production editing software.

Work Terms

• Remote hourly engagement.
• Expected project length is approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the start date.
• Commitment of 2 to 10 hours per week is required during the project.

Compensation

• Listed compensation is $35 per hour.
• Submitted audio is paid at $175 USD per finished hour, calculated from the length of submitted audio.
