Are you interested in becoming an important part of a growing mortgage team where organization, communication, technology, and attention to detail truly matter? The right person will have the opportunity to take ownership of their work, develop valuable knowledge of the mortgage industry, and play a key role in helping the team successfully move loans from application to closing. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to support our loan team in New Bern, NC. This is a full-time, in-person position focused primarily on the administrative coordination and preparation of mortgage files at the beginning and end of the loan process.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, stay ahead of deadlines, and keep loan files organized and moving forward. This person will work closely with the Loan Officer and other members of the team to ensure files are properly prepared, information is accurate, and the necessary administrative tasks are completed throughout the loan process.
