Key responsibilities Implement and manage the QA process, including designing testing strategies and executing test cases Serve as a Testing Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise Applications, particularly Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to align on features, ensuring effective communication throughout the testing lifecycle Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Hands-on experience with ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems Proficiency in writing SQL queries to validate data ingestion and application outputs Strong understanding of eCommerce applications and experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders
